Mitchell Cole, Owner

In 8th grade, Mitchell read a short story that posed the question, 'How much land does a man need?' That day sparked his lifelong journey towards sustainability and self-sufficiency.

 

Over the years, he graduated with a degree in Biological and Agricultural Engineering, worked in commercial greenhouses, and transitioned into solar construction. As a renewable energy professional, he has installed solar on dozens of homes and businesses and overseen nearly a gigawatt of successful utility-scale projects. While working on both residential and utility-scale projects, he has also gained intimate experience with energy storage projects.

 

Driven by the need to provide sustainable energy and sustenance, he realized the importance of addressing unsustainable practices in construction and decided to start his own venture.

 

Three Pillars Contracting focuses on community, conservation, and cost as the key elements of a sustainable enterprise. We aim to grow our community and demonstrate the value of sustainable living. If an initiative does not align with these values, we do not engage in it. We specialize in providing turnkey renovation services for residential and locally-owned businesses, ensuring sustainability in every aspect—inside and out.
